I had a hole in my water main that was gushing water. A competitor said he’d come back in 6 days when his digging tool was available (a shovel?). We called Pilot Plumbing. The receptionist was a total gem. The Pilot Plumbing technician who came out was not only very skilled, but really friendly and explained everything he was doing, and did most of it in the dark. Great quality, great service, great price; I’ll be calling and referring friends/neighbors as well!
Our water line needed to be replaced. They were professional and thorough. I appreciated how they left everything neat and tidy.
