Yesterday was the first time I used this company. I called them because of their strong google reviews and found that their service is consistent with the reviews. I called in on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment the following Monday. (They could have come on the weekend, but it wasn't an emergency.) Catie, the technician, was super helpful and explained everything going on with my sink. She went through a process of figuring out where the leak was coming from and replacing less expensive parts first, rather than pushing a total replacement, which saved me money, and I really appreciate that. I'm planning to have them come out to do some more work for me soon.

This place is terrible. They were referred to me by a friend. I am selling my home and needed to verify if leak needed to be fixed. First they scheduled me between 12 and 4 just to call me at 3:59 saying there was a schedule conflict cause the person assigned to meet me was not working during the day. They told me everything was fine at 3pm when I called to make sure someone was coming. Following day(last Friday) the tech gets there. I explain the situation. They checked for the leak and found nothing wrong. "We will write this up as a free estimate" and I would have the report I needed Monday morning. Monday after I call and given "the tech has not completed this yet but I will send them a message to follow up. I called every day this week and got the same answer. No one followed up. No report came. Wasted a solid week just to get nothing but smoke.

I called Pilot because we woke up without hot water. They sent a tech out immediately to look at our water heater. The technician 's name was Justin and he did a great job. He experienced some problems swapping out parts. It took all day to get the water heater finally fixed, and he ended up, actually replacing it under warranty. He was here until nine p m, and I was impressed with his dedication, knowledge, hard work, and his friendliness.
I have used Pilot Plumbing for several projects around my house and always found them to be professional, friendly, and highly skilled. I would recommend them highly.

I'd called 5 people to try to fix an issue with my steam shower. Jeff came out, and although he wasn't able to replace it (it was more of an electrical issue), he called around and found someone who could do it. Great customer service even when I wasn't a paying customer!

I needed a quick education about heat pump water heaters and Andrew was an amazing teacher! He was very knowledgeable and patient with a thorough explanation. I am able to postpone a replacement, thanks to him, and he will be my only call when it's time to do it. I called Pilot at 5pm on Monday and they were out Tuesday morning to fix our plumbing issue. Catie was amazing, very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain what was wrong and our options. Made an emergency call to them and Justin Kopp came out hours later. Very respectful of property and it ended up being a bit tougher but he got it done.

I called Pilot plumbing and drain due to a water leak in my yard. Keith came out yesterday to check things out and give me an estimate. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Corey came today and did an incredible job changing my water line and hooking up my fridge to a water line. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working well before he left. I had a great experience with Pilot plumbing and would recommend them. Thank you.

I called this company in hopes to fix my bathroom sink with draining issues. I had a great experience with pilot plumbing and drain from start to finish. Professional and polite staff, and gave me multiple options to pick from ranging from semi temporary to more long term fixes with varying prices. Corey was the technician that did the repairs, he did an amazing job, he was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself extremely well. Would highly recommend this company to people.

Keith was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave great advice. He looked at all aspects of my well pump, and took time to diagnose the problem, got us our water running after a blackout in Cowlitz County for over 24 hours.

Way overpriced. I had to get my garbage disposal replaced and they charged me nearly $1,000. I would recommend shopping around before going with them. They also never sent me a receipt or invoice showing the breakdown for what exactly I paid for. Otherwise, the technician was nice, friendly, etc.
Would recommend! 10/10. Joseph came out to my North Portland residence on 12/9/24. He had my pedestal sink working perfectly, with zero leaks, in under 30 minutes! He was friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful and quick! Five stars! Any time I have plumbing woes I will reach out to Pilot Plumbing and Drain.
I called and spoke with Nate late in the day who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have an emergency, so I scheduled service which was provided the very next day! Not only was my expected service within the time slot scheduled, Brandon called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in 15 minutes. After discovering a leak under my kitchen sink, Pilot was recommended to me by another plumber who wasn’t available. Zack from Pilot came to my home that day and assessed the problem. It was determined that my faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. After discussing my options with Zack, I was also convinced my water heater was overdue for replacement. I was offered a very fair price on both replacements. Today, a team from pilot, Jesse and Nate, came and did a great job on both projects. They were quick and did a nice job of cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend Pilot and this team for your plumbing needs.
