The team at Pilot provided great service for us.  They were responsive, professional and kind.  We had to replace our entire drainage system and they installed new a water softener system.  The new water softener system has been so great for us and I recommend it to anyone in Vancouver.  Their team ensured the job was done quickly and they arrived on time.  They also made sure to cover floors and areas where they worked to ensure no damage occurred in areas they worked and fixed the drywall well after opening up walls.  We recommend Pilot to anyone needing minor to major work.  We had a clogged toilet after the repairs and the tech came out and worked to ensure that it wasn’t a result of their work (which it wasn’t) and was kind and supportive to this stressful situation. Great emergency response late at night, front office walked me through proper steps to stop a possible leak from getting worse, Andy Davis came out quickly in the am to inspect and diagnose my issues and gave me great news as well as A+ recommendations for separate services. A terrific company with a strong work ethic!  After a mistake was made in a plumbing installation at my home, Pilot took full responsibility and made sure everything was right!  They went above and beyond what was expected, and I so appreciate Chris, Cal, Jeff, Rich (Rick?) and Sophie.  when it is time to repipe my mfg home, they will be my first call!

Someone recommended this company and I’m so glad we hired them for the job. We wanted our water heater replaced as preventative measure and they were the only company that could accommodate/find the height and size we wanted. They made the process so easy! We needed a plumber ASAP when a basic home toilet repair became an emergency when it turned out our whole home shut off… didn’t fully work. Cut to the whole “water pouring from the light fixtures” situation. Chris was prompt, professional, very wonderfully kind to our meddling four year old and intensely friendly dog, and best of all- fast and good. Within 2 hours of his arrival, we had multiple new valves that actually work, and for a more reasonable price than I expected given the circumstances. I found that my Trap Primer had failed and was constantly running. I was able to get ahold of their dispatch late at night and get scheduled for the next day. Justin came out to assess and got the problem identified right away. Mick came out a short t8me la5er. He got everything fixed and ensured everything was clean as well.
